Call

The Exodus is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to take full ownership of its Instagram presence and drive consistent, high-quality engagement for a student-led journal focused on law, economics, and geopolitics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all Instagram activity (posts, reels, stories, highlights)
• Plan and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with editorial releases
• Convert long-form articles into engaging carousels, reels, and short-form content
• Ensure visual consistency, captions, and brand tone
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and refine strategy
• Adapt trends to suit an academic and intellectually driven audience

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of Instagram content and growth strategy
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, etc.)
• Consistency, ownership, and attention to detail

Compensation:

This is a volunteer, unpaid role. Selected candidates will receive a certificate of contribution issued by The Exodus Editorial Board, along with the opportunity to build a strong portfolio and gain hands-on leadership experience.
