Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling
designs that not only look great but also drive engagement, leads, and brand recall.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting creatives for social media, ads, and campaigns
- Create posters, clinic creatives, and marketing collaterals
- Develop digital assets including banners, reels thumbnails, and ad creatives
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaign execution & branding
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms
- Deliver creatives within tight timelines without compromising quality
Key Skills
- Strong command over Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Good understanding of performance marketing creatives (Meta/Google Ads)
- Strong visual storytelling and layout sense
- Awareness of latest design & social media trends
- Basic video editing skills (preferred)
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing
- Prior experience in beauty, healthcare, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio showcasing social media & ad creatives is mandatory
