We are Hiring: Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Marketing Manager who can lead B2B social media strategy, content creation, and campaign execution, with strong visual and branding sensibility. The role involves working closely with leadership to strengthen our digital presence across website, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and overall brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging LinkedIn and social media content for B2B growth aligned with brand positioning and business goals
• Manage and grow company social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Plan and execute Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Develop social media creatives, campaign assets, presentations, and brand-aligned marketing materials
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all digital touchpoints
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, branding, and visual communication
• Understanding of B2B funnels, audience behavior, and conversion-focused content
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance measurement
• Creative mindset to produce engaging and shareable content
• Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, website user journeys, and conversion-focused web experiences.

Proficiency in:

• Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite or Buffer
• Familiarity with AI-based creative and productivity tools for content generation, design enhancement, campaign ideation, and workflow optimization

Experience with:

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Campaign setup, performance tracking, optimization, and reporting
• Social Media Strategy & Content Planning
• Performance Marketing
• Good sense of modern design trends, digital branding, and visual storytelling

Preferred

• 1–5 years of experience in social media content creation, campaign management, and basic design work
• Experience working with startups, logistics, D2C, or technology brands
• Portfolio showcasing social media creatives, campaigns, or content work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
