We are Hiring: UI/UX & Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused professional who can combine UI/UX design, branding, content creation, and social media marketing into one cross-functional role.

The role involves working closely with leadership to strengthen our digital presence across website, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and overall brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and user-friendly UI/UX concepts for softwares, and digital assets
• Create engaging LinkedIn and social media content aligned with brand positioning
• Manage and grow company social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Plan and execute Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Coordinate with external social media, content, and development agencies
• Develop creatives, marketing collaterals, presentations, and branding assets
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all digital touchpoints
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, branding, and visual communication
• Creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
• Translating designs into responsive frontend interfaces
• Understanding user behaviour and conversion optimization
• Creative mindset to produce engaging and shareable content

Proficiency in:

• Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Responsive Design, React / Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, GSAP
• Familiarity with AI-based creative and productivity tools for content generation, design enhancement, campaign ideation, and workflow optimization

Experience with:

• LinkedIn Ads and Marketing
• Meta Ads
• Campaign Management, Performance tracking and analytics
• Social Media Strategy & Content Planning
• Performance Marketing Basics
• Good sense of modern design trends, digital branding, and storytelling
• Ability to independently manage multiple creative and marketing tasks
• Knowledge of the supply chain management is a significant advantage

Preferred

• 1–5 years of experience in UI/UX and frontend development and social media management
• Experience working with startups, logistics, D2C, or technology brands
• Basic understanding of website workflows and marketing funnels
• Strong communication and coordination skills
