Job Description

Job Title: Manager - Social Media Marketing   

Location: Sector 61, Gurgaon (Work From Office, with Travel as Required)

Experience Required: 4–6 years 

Role Overview

The Social Media Marketing Manager at Spalba will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling Spalba's social media presence across platforms to strengthen brand positioning, drive engagement with corporate clients and hospitality partners, and support demand generation for the platform. This role blends content strategy, storytelling, platform growth, and performance tracking, with a strong understanding of events, experiences, design, and SaaS-led businesses.

Key Responsibilities

1.Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Spalba's brand, business goals, and growth roadmap.
  • Define platform-wise content direction (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, others as relevant).
  • Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars covering brand, product, events, partnerships, and thought leadership.

2. Content & Campaign Management

  • Drive creation of high-quality content including posts, reels, carousels, short videos, stories, and platform-native formats.
  • Collaborate closely with design, spatial design, video, and content teams to translate events, 3D walkthroughs, platform features, and client stories into compelling social content.
  • Lead execution of brand campaigns, product launches, event showcases, and partnership announcements on social media.

3.Platform Growth & Community Management

  • Build and nurture Spalba's online community by driving meaningful engagement, responding to comments/messages, and managing brand voice.
  • Track trends in events, hospitality, design, and SaaS to keep content relevant and timely.
  • Work on follower growth, reach, engagement, and brand recall across platforms.

4.Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Share insights and recommendations with marketing leadership for continuous optimisation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in social media marketing.
