WE'RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can combine strategic thinking with strong creative judgement. The role requires someone who understands platform behaviour, audience engagement, content formats and brand building — and can translate these insights into relevant, high-quality social media communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage monthly social media calendars

• Plan and execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms

• Conceptualise reels, carousels, static posts, campaigns and trend-led content

• Write clear creative briefs for designers, video editors and content creators

• Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations

• Manage community engagement and audience interaction

• Track platform trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand

• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics

• Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual language and communication

• Collaborate closely with design, content and marketing teams

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills

• Ability to think strategically as well as creatively

• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics

• Strong organisational and project-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines efficiently

• High attention to detail and brand consistency

Preferred Experience:

Min 2 yrs working experience

Experience with beauty, skincare, healthcare, lifestyle, wellness or D2C brands will be an advantage.
