Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media initiatives at Mohali Location . This on-site role entails developing and executing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing our presence across various social media platforms, and analyzing performance to drive growth. The Social Media Marketing Manager will work closely with the digital marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive and consistent branding across all channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with a proven ability to enhance online presence and engagement.
• Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills to craft compelling, audience-focused social media campaigns.
• Experience in Digital Marketing to coordinate social media activities with broader digital advertising efforts.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate social media performance and execute data-driven improvements.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving social media trends.
• Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
