Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager at our location in Noida. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms for maximum reach, and managing digital marketing initiatives. The role also involves monitoring social media metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all online channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Digital Marketing
• Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
• Knowledge of analytics tools to monitor and report on social media performance
• Experience with brand management and maintaining a consistent online presence
• Familiar with different AI tools
• Ability to develop creative campaigns that align with business goals
• Familiarity with sustainable and design-focused industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Must be located in commutable distance to Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
