Livekeeping is a leading mobile-first SaaS solution that brings Tally ERP data live on mobile, enabling business owners, accountants, and teams to access real-time accounting, receivables, and business insights anytime, anywhere.

We serve thousands of MSMEs, accountants, and enterprises across India, empowering them to make faster decisions, improve cash flow, and enhance productivity.

We are looking for a strategic, target-driven, and execution-focused New Sales Head to lead our national new-customer acquisition through multiple tele-sales centers across India.

 

Role Overview

As Marketing Lead, you will be the single owner of Livekeeping's marketing strategy and execution. You will build an in-house team, manage agency partnerships, and personally drive growth across organic search, AI-driven discovery, paid performance, and content — ensuring all channels work together toward a unified brand and growth narrative.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own the annual marketing roadmap aligned with company growth and product milestones.
  • Unify all channels — SEO, GEO, content, influencer, and paid — into a single, coherent brand and growth strategy.
  • Own the marketing P&L; allocate and optimise budget across channels to maximise ROI.
  • Report regularly to the Founder/CEO with performance data, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

SEO & Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)

  • Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to grow organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Drive GEO strategy — ensuring Livekeeping content is surfaced and cited in AI-generated results across platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
  • Conduct regular audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis; stay ahead of algorithm and AI search developments.

Content, Video & Influencer / UGC

  • Own the content strategy across all formats — written, visual, and video — aligned to brand voice and audience.
  • Build and manage an influencer programme and UGC pipeline to drive authentic brand awareness at scale.
  • Work with creators and video production resources to produce high-quality short-form and long-form content.
  • Define content calendars and ensure consistent, on-brand output across all platforms.

Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing to hit CAC and ROAS targets.
  • Build full-funnel paid strategies — awareness through conversion — using retargeting, lookalike audiences, and A/B testing.

Team Building & Agency Management

  • Hire, onboard, and mentor an in-house marketing team as the company scales.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage external agencies for performance, SEO, and creative; hold them accountable to clear KPIs and deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven experimentation, creativity, and ownership within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must have

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a strategy or leadership role.
  • Proven, measurable results in SEO — organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and technical improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with GEO / AI search optimisation.
  • Direct experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with meaningful budgets.
  • Track record managing influencer or UGC campaigns.
  • Experience managing or co-ordinating external marketing agencies.

  • Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on — comfortable switching between vision and delivery.
  • Strong analytical mindset; makes decisions from data, not assumptions.
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, with a bias for action and rapid iteration.
  • Creative eye for compelling storytelling across channels and formats.
