Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and manage social media calendars, promotional campaigns, and day-to-day activities across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Content Creation & Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, visualize, and execute engaging, brand-aligned content. Ensure content matches brand tone and guidelines.
• Influencer Marketing:
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with beauty influencers. Coordinate end-to-end campaigns, including outreach, collaboration planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Agency & Stakeholder Liaison:
• Act as the primary point of contact with the social media agency and influencers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Trend & Competitor Analysis:
• Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and new influencer marketing tactics.
• Community Engagement:
• Foster an engaging online community by actively interacting with followers, responding to messages, and promoting brand loyalty.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Hands-on experience with social media tools and paid advertising strategies.
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and digital culture.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Creative thinker with a commercial mindset.
• Analytical approach with the ability to derive insights from data and campaigns.
