Position-Social Media Marketing Manager

Experience - 5-7years

Job Location-Noida Sec 63 (hybrid model)-minimum twice in a week from office

The brief

We're looking for a Creative Social Media Manager who doesn't just follow trends — they feel them before they break. You live on your For You Page, screenshot formats nobody else has tried yet, and somehow make B2B technology feel culturally relevant. This is not a scheduling role. This is a creative, strategic, culturally-plugged-in position for someone who genuinely loves the internet and understands how to translate consumer-world energy into a B2B context that actually lands.

What you'll own

  • Own the social media presence across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram — shaping voice, creative direction, and content strategy for each platform distinctly.
  • Hunt for emerging formats, trends, and cultural moments — and rapidly ideate how to contextualise them for a B2B technology audience.
  • Develop and execute a high-cadence content calendar that balances thought leadership, product storytelling, community engagement, and trend-led creative.
  • Bridge the consumer and B2B worlds: translate the energy of lifestyle brands, viral moments, and platform-native creativity into formats that resonate with decision-makers and tech buyers.
  • Collaborate with design, product marketing, and demand gen to create campaigns that are both commercially effective and culturally sharp.
  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, share of voice, pipeline influence) and iterate fast — A/B testing formats, copy, and timing.
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, new features, and creator economy shifts — and adapt strategy accordingly.
  • Manage social listening and community engagement, turning comments and DMs into brand moments.
  • Develop and brief content creators or agency partners when needed, maintaining brand consistency while encouraging creative risk.
  • Act as the internal evangelist for social-first thinking — educating stakeholders and bringing the rest of the organisation along.

  • Growth on social media organic channels – Insta, Linkedin, X
  • Establishing Damco brand through social engine
  • Recall and long-term Damco-brand value in the tech circle
  • Built a community of influencers in AI and tech space
  • Increase in our followers, engagement, and related metrics

Who you are

You are someone who breaths social media trends.

  • 5–8 years of hands-on social media management experience, with a demonstrable portfolio across X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram.
  • Experience at a creative or digital agency and/or in-house at a technology or B2B brand — ideally previous B2B experience is preferable.
  • Proven track record of growing engaged audiences and driving meaningful platform metrics in a B2B or B2B-adjacent environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt consumer trends and cultural moments into B2B storytelling that doesn't feel forced or cringe.

What you bring

  • Deep, intuitive knowledge of how each platform works — algorithms, native formats, creator behaviour, and what makes content spread.
  • A sharp creative eye and copywriting instincts: you can write a hook, a thread, a carousel headline, and a LinkedIn essay with equal fluency.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer psychology and how social fits into the broader marketing funnel.
  • Data-literate: comfortable pulling insights from native analytics, social listening tools, and campaign dashboards to inform decisions.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with design, product, sales, and leadership.
  • Self-directed, curious, and relentlessly up to date — you follow creators, marketers, and trend reports that most people haven't heard of yet.

Bonus

  • You've worked in IT services, enterprise SaaS, or a B2B firm selling to CTOs / CIOs
  • Experience with social-first video production (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style formats) — either hands-on or in a creative direction capacity.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, social media tools
  • Familiarity of content voice in the tech/marketing space.
  • You've worked across India + US markets
