Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage social media calendars, campaigns, and day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content in collaboration with the creative team.
- Be the point of contact for our social media agency share briefs, review deliverables, and ensure brand consistency.
- Build and manage strong influencer relationships from outreach to campaign execution.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
- Stay updated on beauty industry trends and evolving social media platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize future strategies.
- Explore new formats and creative approaches to grow our online presence.
What We're Looking For:- Experience: 5+ years in social media or influencer marketing, preferably in beauty or fashion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Social Savvy: Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing trends.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to conceptualize and execute fresh, engaging content.
- People Skills: Strong relationship-building and collaboration abilities.
- Organized: Good time-management and project coordination skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with social media tools and paid advertising platforms is a plus.
