Job Title: Social Media Manager About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, insight-driven Social Media Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated social media campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging social listening and performance analytics to deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a strong strategist, a data-driven executor, and a confident client partner who thrives in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning
Develop integrated, award-winning social media strategies aligned with client business objectives and brand goals
Create data-driven media plans based on client briefs, audience insights, and platform best practices
Leverage social listening insights to inform campaign planning, targeting, and messaging strategies
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Execute, manage, and scale boosted social media campaigns across platforms including:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Twitter/X
Snapchat, and others
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance, efficiency, and ROI
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, formats, placements, and campaign strategies
Social Listening & Intelligence
Monitor brand, category, and competitor conversations using social listening tools
Analyze consumer sentiment, trends, and emerging conversations to derive actionable insights
Support online reputation management and response management, along with campaign optimization, using real-time listening data
Reporting & Client Communication
Develop detailed performance reports, dashboards, and client review presentations
Present campaign results, key learnings, and optimization roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders
Align media performance with defined business KPIs and brand objectives
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, technology, and account teams to ensure integrated execution
Ensure timely campaign deployment while adhering to global and platform best practices
Act as a bridge between strategy and execution teams to ensure seamless delivery
Team & Account Management
Manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
Mentor, guide, and upskill team members on social media marketing and social intelligence best practices
Ensure quality control, operational excellence, and strict adherence to timelines
Skills & Experience Required
Educational Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline
Experience
810 years of experience in social media strategy, marketing, and execution, including award-winning campaigns
Core Competencies
Strong analytical and insight-driven mindset
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of social media planning, boosted media, and award-winning campaign execution Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented approach
