Position Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Global Social Media Manager to champion Intellect's brand voice across the global fintech ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of an integrated social media and internal communications framework. You will bridge the gap between complex B2B financial product capabilities (such as core banking, liquidity management, and wealth platforms) and compelling storytelling to drive industry awareness, executive thought leadership, client engagement, and internal employee alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Social Media Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • FinTech Storytelling: Formulate and execute comprehensive global social media strategies that translate technical eMACH.ai architectural strengths (microservices, APIs, cloud-native capability) into impactful visual and written messaging.
  • Competitor & Trend Analysis: Conduct rigorous research on FinTech breakthroughs, macroeconomic banking trends, and competitor activities to maintain Intellect's positioning as a primary market agenda-setter.
  • Executive Brand Building: Collaborate with corporate leadership and subject matter experts to establish authoritative thought leadership across major digital channels.

2. Content Engineering & Channel Management

  • Multi-Platform Management: Oversee and curate high-impact organic content deployment across B2B channels, emphasizing LinkedIn, while maintaining active pipelines on X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Cross-Functional Design Co-creation: Partner directly with internal graphic designers, copywriters, and external agencies to launch high-quality infographics, video summaries, and product highlights.
  • Consistency Control: Serve as the ultimate gatekeeper for global brand compliance, managing scheduling calendars to guarantee absolute accuracy in corporate voice and tone.

3. Community Cultivation & Targeted Communications

  • Stakeholder Interaction: Actively monitor channels to engage global banking executives, industry analysts, and tech communities, resolving professional inquiries with institutional poise.
  • Account-Based Engagement: Utilize advanced functionalities within LinkedIn Sales Navigator to target institutional buyers and formulate messaging that aligns directly with customer lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Advocacy Campaigns: Pioneer corporate initiatives that leverage User-Generated Content (UGC) and employee brand advocacy.

4. Event Management, PR & Influencer Outreach

  • Digital Event Production: Plan, script, test technical integrations for, and execute seamless live broadcasts via LinkedIn Live for product launches, expert panels, and webinars.
  • PR Integration: Collaborate closely with corporate PR stakeholders to amplify press coverage, analyst recognitions (such as Gartner/IBS Intelligence rankings), and major market contract wins via social media.
  • Influencer Alignment: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with global FinTech influencers, analysts, and thought leaders to drive organic reach.

5. Employee Engagement & Internal Communications

  • Culture Anchoring: Build and execute a best-in-class internal communications blueprint that bolsters employee engagement, connective morale, and our Design Thinking work culture across all global locations.
  • Internal Material Production: Draft executive town hall scripts, corporate presentations, localized newsletters, and cultural messaging to keep thousands of global associates aligned with corporate milestones.

6. Analytics, Performance Tracking & ROI

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Evaluate ongoing social media footprint metrics using industry tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Brand 24.
  • Executive reporting: Deliver recurring comprehensive reports tracking Share of Voice (SoV), conversion pathways, engagement scores, and critical channel optimizations to the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications & Core Skills

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven expertise in B2B Social Media Marketing, Brand Management, or Corporate Communications—strongly preferred within FinTech, SaaS, or IT Enterprise Software.
  • B2B Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise navigating complex enterprise B2B buyer journeys. High proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a mandate.
  • Fintech Literacy: Comfortable grasping and communicating multi-layered technical concepts like cloud architectures, AI modules, or open banking platforms.
  • MarTech Toolkit: Hands-on mastery of enterprise scheduling and monitoring suites (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brand 24, Google Analytics).
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional native-level verbal and written English communication skills; meticulous eye for detail and grammar.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a heavily related discipline.
