The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of managing end-to-end social media campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.

Shift : Night/rotational Cabs available
Exp : 3 years
Salary Package: 4.5 - 5.8 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, and ad creatives
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
- Manage ad budgets, targeting, and ROI optimization
- Track performance metrics and generate detailed reports
- Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and platform algorithms
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing Paid Ads
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization
- Strong understanding of analytics, targeting, and audience behavior
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Comfortable working in night shift
