Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media campaigns, managing social media accounts, and increasing brand engagement across various platforms. Additional duties include overseeing content strategy, executing social media optimization (SMO), analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with the digital marketing team, and ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging and visually appealing content
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus but not required.
