Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Social Media & Growth Manager to own our digital presence end-to-end. This role is for someone who can create, execute, engage, and scale — not just post content.
If you think like a founder, create like a content creator, and understand performance, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
• Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality Reels, posts, and stories (phone shooting is a must)
• Manage day-to-day community engagement (DMs, comments, UGC, polls)
• Coordinate PR, influencers, creators, and collaborations
• Support performance marketing with ad creatives, hooks, and content insights
• Track growth, engagement, and conversions — and optimize accordingly
• Ensure brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging stay consistent
Requirements
Nice To Have
• Experience with influencer marketing or PR
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads
• Startup or brand-launch experience
