Role Overview

We're looking for ahands-on Social Media & Growth Managerto own our digital presence end-to-end. This role is for someone who cancreate, execute, engage, and scale not just post content.

If you think like a founder, create like a content creator, and understand performance, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute themonthly content strategyacross social platforms

Shoot, edit, and publishhigh-quality Reels, posts, and stories (phone shooting is a must)

Manage day-to-daycommunity engagement(DMs, comments, UGC, polls)

CoordinatePR, influencers, creators, and collaborations

Supportperformance marketingwith ad creatives, hooks, and content insights

Track growth, engagement, and conversions and optimize accordingly

Ensure brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging stay consistent

Requirements

  • Experience in product photography + video editing
  • Portfolio of creative social media content
  • Proficiency with editing tools (Canva, Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Knowledge of current Instagram trends and growth strategies
  • Interest in the skincare, wellness, and beauty industries

Nice To Have

Experience with influencer marketing or PR

Basic understanding of Meta Ads

Startup or brand-launch experience
