Job Description: Social Media Marketing Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media
strategy and drive brand engagement across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will
have a proven track record of building successful social media campaigns, managing teams,
and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business
objectives and marketing goals
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities,
and best practices
Define KPIs and establish benchmarks for measuring campaign success across all
platforms
Create annual social media calendars and campaign roadmaps
Oversee end-to-end campaign development from concept to execution and analysis
Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide strategic direction for content
creation
Manage content production workflows, ensuring brand consistency and quality
standards
Coordinate with design, video, and copywriting teams to produce compelling social
content
Manage and mentor a team of social media executives and content creators
Develop community management strategies to increase engagement and build
brand loyalty
Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure consistent brand voice and
timely responses
Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance
Present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders with actionable
recommendations
Plan and manage paid social media budgets across platforms (Facebook Ads,
Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Partner with marketing, PR, sales, and product teams to ensure integrated
campaigns
Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external agencies as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
4-5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive
engagement and conversions in B2B domain
Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns across multiple platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, SocialPilot, Buffer, etc.)
Experience with social media analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn
Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
Knowledge of AI tools, paid social advertising and campaign optimization
Excellent understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends
