Social Media Manager

Company: E-Infra

Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad (From office)

A fast-growing real estate developer in Hyderabad with multiple residential and luxury projects, focused on strong brand presence, meaningful engagement, and performance-driven digital growth.

Experience Required:

3 6 years of hands-on social media management experience

(Real estate, luxury, or high-ticket brand experience preferred)

Role Objective:

Build, manage, and scale E-Infra's social media presence across platforms by combining strong brand storytelling, consistent execution, and data-backed decisions.

This role goes beyond posting it's about owning the brand voice, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube (short-form focus)
  • Create monthly content calendars aligned with: Project launches, Site progress, Brand campaigns, Festive & moment marketing
  • Ensure consistent brand tone and visual language across projects

Content Execution & Management

  • Oversee creation of: Posts, reels, stories, and carousels, Captions, hooks, hashtags, and CTAs
  • Coordinate with: Designers, Video editors, Content creators
  • Ensure timely publishing and platform-wise optimization

Community Management & Engagement

  • Manage comments, DMs, and inquiries professionally
  • Build meaningful engagement with: Prospects, Existing customers, Channel partners, Escalate qualified leads to sales/CRM teams

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track and analyze: Reach, Engagement, Follower growth, Content performance
  • Identify what works and double down on winning formats
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
  • Performance marketing team (for content amplification)
  • Sales & CRM teams (lead alignment)
  • Marketing leadership
  • Align social content with paid campaigns and on-ground sales realities

Required Skills & Expertise

Must-Have

  • 36 years of proven social media management experience
  • Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience managing multiple brand pages/projects
  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills

Good to Have

  • Real estate / luxury brand experience
  • Knowledge of short-form video trends (Reels / Shorts)
  • Experience working with influencers or collaborators
  • Basic understanding of paid social ads and funnels

  • Response Time (DMs & Comments)
  • Social-generated Leads (coordination with CRM)
