Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in Kolkata. The Social Media Marketing Manager will strategize, create, and manage online marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand. Responsibilities include developing content strategies, managing social media platforms, executing social media optimization (SMO) techniques, ensuring audience engagement, and employing digital marketing tactics to enhance outreach and impact. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and crafting compelling social media campaigns.
- Experience in Digital Marketing techniques and tools.
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities, for engaging the target audience effectively.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with emerging social media trends and technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
