Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands travel culture, and is eager to build a brand community from the ground up. You will work closely with the marketing lead to execute our social strategy, grow our digital presence, and create content that inspires people to explore the world.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Creative

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive engagement
  • Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone of voice

Community & Growth

  • Actively engage with followers — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
  • Identify and coordinate with travel influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Run social media campaigns tied to product launches and seasonal travel trends

Analytics & Strategy

  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions)
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and recommend optimizations
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and emerging trends
  • A/B test content formats and posting times to improve results

Collaboration

  • Work with designers, photographers, and copywriters on content production
  • Collaborate with the marketing lead on campaign planning and brand strategy
  • Support email marketing and blog cross-promotion as needed

Required Qualifications

Must Have

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internships count)
  • Strong understanding of major platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest
  • Experience creating short-form video content and basic editing skills
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; strong visual storytelling instinct
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite- Etc.
  • Basic analytics proficiency — comfortable reading social insights and drawing conclusions
  • Genuine passion for travel, culture, and adventure

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or basic Photoshop/Premiere
  • Knowledge of SEO basics
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or affiliate programs
  • Previous work in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brand marketing
  • Second language skills (a bonus for global audience engagement)
