About the Role: Social Media Manager

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support our brand and marketing initiatives through content creation, campaign execution, event coordination, and social media management. You'll work closely with the marketing head and creative team to ensure that every touchpoint online and offline — reflects the Srishti experience: elegant, personalized, and emotionally resonant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches
• Support social media management — scheduling posts, writing captions, and engaging with followers
• Coordinate photoshoots, vendor partners, and creative content production
• Contribute ideas for storytelling, visuals, and brand communication
• Assist with in-store events, exhibitions, and pop-ups to enhance customer experience
• Support customer engagement initiatives like WhatsApp campaigns, newsletters, and festive gifting
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Maintain marketing calendars, assets, and reports on campaign performance
• Visual Direction, Copy writing and Content creation.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field
• 0 –2 years of marketing experience — luxury/fashion/jewellery preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram and Shopify a must) and tools like Canva
• Aesthetic sense with an eye for detail and design
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Passion for jewellery, fashion, or luxury lifestyle is a big plus
• Willing to work hands on, building the future of retail jewellery
