Key Responsibility

  • Social Media Planning & Strategy:

1. Develop and execute a structured monthly content calendar aligned with both brand storytelling and retail sales priorities.

2. Ensure a balanced mix of aspirational, educational, and performance-driven content.

  • Platform Management:

1. Define and implement platform-specific strategies.

2. Ensuring each channel reflects Aigiri's luxury positioning while optimizing for engagement and visibility.

  • Campaign Translation:

1. Convert brand campaigns (wedding, festive, store launches, exhibitions)

2. Structured social media rollouts, including pre-launch buzz, launch momentum, and post-launch engagement.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

1. Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, saves, shares, DMs, inquiries, and lead quality.

2. Continuously refine strategy based on data insights and audience behavior.

  • Retail & Lead Integration:

1. Align social content with store-level objectives to support walk-ins, appointment bookings, and local retail promotions.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

1. Work closely with the copywriter for messaging alignment, the designer for visual consistency, and the video editor for reel execution.

2. Coordinate with the influencer agency for campaign amplification and collaborations.

Key Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably in luxury, retail, fashion, or jewelry sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram growth mechanics and reel optimization.
  • Ability to plan content around retail sales cycles and seasonal campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting performance metrics.
  • Experience coordinating with creative teams (design, copy, video).
  • Understanding of paid promotion and performance marketing basics.
  • Strong communication and execution discipline
