Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Work directly with one of India's top career influencers
- Communicate with influencers and creators via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and email
- Assist in onboarding creators and managing influencer collaborations
- Coordinate content briefs, timelines, approvals, and deliverables
- Track posts, deadlines, and overall campaign status
- Support execution of live influencer marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the influencer, content, and growth teams
Love Instagram, creators, DMs, and brand deals This role puts you right inside the creator economy. As an influencer manager intern, you'll work closely with creators, manage collaborations, and experience how real influencer campaigns are executed behind the scenes. This is a hands-on internship- you'll learn by doing, not by sitting through boring theory sessions.
Internship Roadmap
- Days 1–30 - Foundation phase:
- Learn influencer marketing fundamentals
- Training on creator outreach, DMs, and onboarding
- Shadow ongoing and live influencer campaigns
- Days 31–60 - Execution phase:
- Handle influencer communication with guidance
- Manage small-scale collaborations independently
- Receive structured feedback and skill upgrades
- Days 61–90 - Ownership phase:
Independently manage creators and collaborations
- Take ownership of small influencer campaigns
- PPO/next-step discussion based on performance
