Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Intern

who is passionate about B2B marketing and content strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media beyond postingsomeone who can plan, execute, analyze, and optimize content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth, while effectively leveraging AI tools to scale content creation and research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Planning & Strategy
  • Assist in building and executing B2B social media strategies aligned with product marketing goals
  • Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
  • Identify content themes based on campaigns, product updates, and industry trends
  • Content Creation & Publishing
  • Create engaging social media posts (LinkedIn-first, plus other channels)
  • Draft compelling, brand-aligned captions and copy
  • Design simple creatives using tools like Canva/Figma
  • Create basic videos/reels/short-form content for social platforms
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)for faster content ideation, drafting,and iteration
  • Channel Management
  • Manage and update all Talview social media handles (primarily LinkedIn, X(Twitter), etc.)
  • Schedule posts using social media tools (e.g., Hubspot, Buffer, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging
  • Engagement & ORM (Online Reputation Management)
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
  • Engage with followers and industry conversations
  • Support ORM by tracking and addressing brand sentiment
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, followers)
  • Generate monthly social media reports
  • Identify what's working and suggest improvements
  • Research & Innovation
  • Research new content formats and trends(carousels, videos, hooks,storytelling formats)
  • Use AI tools for content research, competitor insights, and idea generation
  • Stay updated on social media algorithms and best practices
  • Explore innovative content ideas for B2B audiences
  • Competitor & Market Analysis
  • Conduct competitor social media analysis (social media spying)
  • Track competitor campaigns, content strategies, and engagement patterns
  • Provide actionable insights to improve Talview's positioning
  • Use AI tools to accelerate competitor research and summarize insights
  • Growth & Optimization
  • Support initiatives to grow social media presence organically
  • Experiment with niche targeting and content formats
  • Optimize content based on performance insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong interest in B2B social media marketing
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc. for content creation andresearch
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, etc.)
  • Understanding of b2b LinkedIn marketing, X and professional tone
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
