Social Media Marketing Intern

The Formularx is a science-led dermocosmetic skincare brand focused on skin barrier science, sensitive skin, and evidence-based formulations. Built by scientists, we believe in thoughtful skincare - without trends or gimmicks.

We are looking for dynamic, creative, and content-driven individuals who live and breathe social media. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys shooting, editing, ideating, and experimenting with content, especially short-form videos (Reels). You'll work closely with the marketing team and founders to create high-impact, scroll-stopping content for Instagram and other social media platforms.

• Shoot and edit short-form content (Instagram Reels, Stories, Shorts)
• Ideate creative content formats, trends, and campaign ideas
• Assist in on-camera content creation (product videos, BTS, UGC-style videos)
• Edit videos using mobile or desktop tools (CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Stay updated with current social media trends, audios, and formats
• Help plan and execute content calendars
• Assist in basic caption writing and content posting
• Coordinate with the team for product shoots and campaign content
• Support community engagement (comments, DMs, reposts – as required)

• Someone who enjoys content creation
• Comfortable shooting videos on a phone
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills
• Creative thinker with fresh ideas
• Active on Instagram and familiar with Reels and short-form content
• Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling
• Interest in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle content is a plus
