Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Assist in developing and maintaining a well-researched monthly social media

content calendar aligned with the company's brand voice, marketing goals, and

target audience.

2) Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to

create engaging and informative content ideas.

3) Use basic design skills in Canva to create visually appealing graphics, posts, and

stories for various platforms.

4) Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and

timeliness across all social media channels.

5) Monitor social media platforms for engagement opportunities, respond to basic

queries, and flag important messages to relevant team members.

6) Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates to suggest

improvements and creative ideas.

7) Fulfill assigned responsibilities in a timely and professional manner,

demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.

8) Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns

and posts to support data-driven decision-making.
