Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi involves assisting with content calendars, drafting and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions in alignment with brand guidelines. The intern will help track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with the marketing and design teams, conducting competitor and trend research, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, including basic understanding of campaign planning and analytics.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written communication and professional online interaction.
• Interest or experience with social media tools, analytics dashboards, or scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite) is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Currently pursuing or having completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
