Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern (Influencer & UGC Video Execution)

Location: Gurgaon (3 Days In-Office + 2 Days WFH)

Stipend: 10,000 15,000/month

What Youll Do:

As our Social Media Marketing Intern, youll own the end-to-end execution of influencer-led UGC (User-Generated Content) videos from concept to upload. Your role will bridge creativity and coordination to bring our campaigns to life across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and curate video references from social platforms and ad libraries
• Write short, engaging scripts tailored to influencer personalities and brand tone
• Coordinate with influencers to brief them and manage timelines
• Work closely with a video editor to get reels, shorts, and ad creatives polished and ready
• Upload final videos across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Assist with uploading and organizing creatives on Meta and Google Ads dashboards
• Track content performance and suggest iterations for future content

What Were Looking For:

• A strong interest in social media trends, especially reels/shorts/UGC formats
• Ability to write crisp, creative scripts and video briefs
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and ad platforms
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Prior internship experience in influencer marketing or content creation is a plus
