Role Overview
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you'll be embedded into MindDhara's core communication and growth engine. You'll help shape how MindDhara shows up publicly, across platforms, campaigns, launches, and community conversations.

Internship Details
Key Responsibilities
Content & Platform Management:
Plan, write, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
Translate research, psychology concepts, and community insights into clear, engaging posts
Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with MindDhara's campaigns and priorities
Campaigns & Growth:
Support campaign planning for launches, webinars, challenges, mentorship programmes, and announcements
Assist in ideation for reels, carousels, long-form posts, and story-based content
Track what's working and what's not, and adapt fast
Analytics & Strategy:
Monitor engagement, reach, saves, clicks, and audience growth
Prepare simple performance summaries using platform insights
Use data to refine tone, timing, and content formats
Collaboration & Execution:
Work with designers using data and analytical evidence
Coordinate with outreach and partnerships teams to align messaging
Support website and email updates where needed
Community & Brand Voice
Help uphold MindDhara's tone, culturally grounded, trauma-informed, evidence-led
Support responses, engagement, and community touchpoints when required
Tools You'll Use at MindDhara:
Canva (brand templates, carousels, stories)
Meta Business Suite
LinkedIn Page & Analytics
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Notion or Google Sheets for content planning
Basic analytics from platform insights
Optional exposure to Mailchimp / email tools
Qualifications: (Essential)
Strong written communication skills
Comfort using Instagram and LinkedIn professionally
Basic understanding of social media content formats and engagement
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Interest in psychology, mental health, neuroscience, or social impact
