Social Media Marketing Intern

Primary Responsibilities

1) Social Media Execution

● Execute social media posts across platforms in line with the approved content calendar for Sabudh, Tatras and all leadership profiles

● Maintain posting timelines and ensure consistency in publishing

● Track approvals, dependencies, and publishing status; follow up with relevant stakeholders

2) Creative Development

● Design weekly and monthly creatives using Canva

● Create and iterate on layouts, formats, and reusable design templates

● Support visual needs for carousels, banners, static posts, and short-form content

● Assist with basic video editing for reels, testimonials, and short clips (added advantage)

3) Marketing Folder & Asset Management

● Maintain and organize marketing folders with a clear structure

● Ensure content is categorized by month, campaign, and platform

● Keep versions updated and ensure easy access for the wider team

4) Customer Insight–Based Content Support

● Coordinate weekly with internal stakeholders (e.g., Uzair) to understand customer pain points

● Translate customer insights into relevant content ideas and themes

● Support the content calendar with messaging grounded in real customer feedback

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

● Hands-on experience with Canva & LinkedIn for social media

● Basic video editing skills (Reels, short clips, testimonials) are a strong plus

● Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats

● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines

● Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively
