Jaey is India's first size-inclusive power-dressing brand - think Raymond, but for women.

We're building a brand that women feel seen in - and social media is at the core of how we tell that story.

We're looking for a Social Media Intern who lives on Instagram, understands trends, and is excited to create content that actually connects.

This is not a strategy-only role - this is hands-on content execution, ideation, and experimentation.

Who You Are

• You're obsessed with Instagram and know what's trending before it blows up

• You enjoy creating content - reels, stories, captions, ideas

• You're creative, but also fast and execution-focused

• You're comfortable being on-ground - shoots, trials, quick edits

• You're proactive and full of ideas (even if not all of them work)

• You understand what makes content relatable vs cringey

What You'll Own

Content Creation & Execution

• Shooting and editing reels, stories, and day-to-day content

• Assisting in planning and executing content shoots

• Creating quick, reactive content based on trends

Ideation & Trends

• Bringing fresh content ideas regularly

• Tracking trends, audios, formats, and adapting them for Jaey

• Experimenting with new formats and content styles

Daily Social Media Management

• Posting content across platforms (primarily Instagram)

• Writing captions and assisting with content calendars

• Maintaining consistency in posting

On-Ground Support

• Assisting during shoots, events, and brand activations

• Coordinating with team members for content execution

Who We're Looking For

• Fresher / 0-1 year experience

• No formal degree required (bonus if fashion/media/marketing background)

• Basic editing skills (Canva)

• Good understanding of Instagram and short-form content

• Strong sense of aesthetics and brand vibe

• Willingness to learn and move fast
