Social Media Marketing Intern

About KYRO

KYRO is a men's skincare brand building a sharp, no-BS content-first identity. We're looking for someone who can live inside the brand's socials and turn it into a place people actually want to follow.

What You'll Do

- Ideate and create content daily (Reels, Shorts, carousels) for KYRO's social handles

- Be on camera. You're not just editing, you're the face in a chunk of our reels. Comfort in front of the camera is non-negotiable

- Track trends across Instagram/YouTube and adapt them fast for KYRO before they go stale

- Manage the content calendar and posting schedule end to end

- Handle community engagement: replies, DMs, comments, building an actual audience relationship

- Work with founders/team to keep content aligned with brand voice and product priorities

- Track what's working (views, saves, engagement) and double down on it

Who You Are

- Camera-friendly, expressive, not afraid to act, talk, or be goofy on camera

- Chronically online enough to spot a trend before it peaks

- Basic shooting/editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, whatever you're comfortable with)

- Understands men's grooming/skincare space or willing to get obsessed with it fast

- Self-starter who can ideate without being spoon-fed a script every time

- Based in Delhi NCR (or willing to be, for shoots)
