Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Scheduling

Assist in creating engaging content, including graphics, captions, and short-form videos, aligned with brand tone and messaging.
Schedule and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) using scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.

2. Community Engagement

Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive community experience.
Monitor online conversations about the brand, identifying opportunities for engagement.

3. Trends and Hashtag Research

Stay up-to-date with trending topics, hashtags, and social media best practices to increase visibility and engagement.
Suggest creative ways to leverage current trends relevant to the brand.

4. Analytics and Reporting

Track and report weekly on social media metrics such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversion rate.
Analyze performance to identify high-performing content and optimize future posts.

5. Competitor and Audience Research

Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry benchmarks and innovative practices.
Research target audience preferences to improve content relevance and engagement.

6. Campaign Support

Create campaign-specific content and track its performance to support marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team on special events or promotional activities.
