Timings : Monday to Friday | 9:30 to 6:30 WFO | Saturdays WFH

Gajab is India's Bargain Bazaar, an e-commerce platform where no product has a fixed price. Instead of blindly paying the MRP, users can bargain directly with sellers using our bargain slider and lock in their own price. Think of it as bringing the chaos, thrill, and dopamine of an Indian bazaar into online shopping.

ABOUT THE ROLE

If you love ratio'ing people on Twitter or if one of your comments got more likes than the actual post, this role might actually be for you. Understands meme culture, and knows how to talk to the internet without sounding like a corporate robot. Your job is simple:

Make Gajab the funniest, sassiest, most entertaining HINGLISH brand in people's feeds.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Manage brand replies across platforms like Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, and wherever the internet decides to hang out next.
• Turn comment sections into a banter zone. If someone comments, you respond with a cheeky reply.
• Write captions that people actually want to read instead of the usual Check out our latest product.
• Jump into trending conversations and meme formats before they die.
• Create meme ideas, reel concepts, and short-form content that make people share the post with their friends.
• Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions with witty and culturally relevant replies.
• Help build Gajab's internet personality.
• Work with the content team to develop meme-driven campaigns around bargaining, deals, and online shopping.

THIS IS FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Lives on Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, or YouTube more than they should.
• Understands meme formats faster than brands can ruin them.
• Has strong writing instincts and can be funny in one sentence.
• Knows how to roast politely.
• Does not panic when the internet starts trolling.
• Can think fast and respond faster.
• Bonus points if you have already run a meme page, fan account, or chaotic group chat.
