About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital brand management and content strategy from day one, making it ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in social media marketing.
As a Social Media Intern, you will support Eva Bharat's digital presence by creating engaging content, managing community interactions, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and execution discipline to ensure our social channels reflect the professionalism and vision of Eva Bharat.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end creation of social media content including ideation, scripting, basic design, and caption writing for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and publishing
- Monitor platforms and engage with the audience through comments and messages in a professional and brand-aligned tone
- Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, content formats, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Track weekly social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and support basic reporting
- Collaborate with Design and HR teams to create content showcasing company culture, team highlights, and hiring initiatives
Requirements
- Prior internship or project experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram as professional brand-building platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for professional storytelling
- Basic proficiency in Canva or similar content creation tools
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple posting timelines
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
