Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Intern based in Jaipur. Responsibilities include managing social media marketing campaigns and daily activities, creating engaging social media content, and developing strategies to improve brand presence and engagement. The intern will assist in executing digital marketing initiatives and work collaboratively with the marketing team to meet organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle Magpie's social media across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create content ideas for posts, reels, and stories
• Write scroll-stopping captions in Magpie's brand voice
• Design basic creatives using Canva (or similar tools)
• Plan content calendars and post consistently
• Stay on top of trends, memes, formats & hashtags
• Track engagement, insights, and what's actually working
• Reply to comments and DMs like a pro (and a human)
• You're a Great Fit If You're active on social media and get the trends before they go mainstream
• You enjoy creating content and experimenting with formats
• You know your way around Canva
• You can write clean, fun, brand-friendly captions
• You're creative, curious, and not afraid to pitch ideas

Stipend: Paid internship (stipend decided based on skills & interview)
