Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Intern to join the House of Crazies and support social media across ConvergenSEE and our entertainment studio.

You'll work across brand content, music, live shows, original IPs, shoots, events and digital campaigns, helping us turn ideas and real-world moments into engaging social content.

This role is for someone who is curious, digitally aware, eager to learn and willing to get involved in everything from content planning and reels to shoots, publishing and event coverage.

How You Create Opportunities

Social Media & Content Execution

• Support day-to-day social media execution across ConvergenSEE and our entertainment studio.

• Assist with weekly and monthly content calendars.

• Schedule and publish reels, stories, posts and carousels.

• Support captions, hooks, hashtags, keywords and social copy.

• Ensure content goes live according to timelines and approved plans.

Reels & Content Creation

• Identify content opportunities from rehearsals, shoots, events, performances and everyday brand activity.

• Capture candid, BTS and social-first content.

• Track trending audios, formats, memes and internet conversations.

• Assist with creating quick reels and mobile-first content.

• Bring new content references and ideas to the team proactively.

Shows, Shoots & Event Coverage

• Attend rehearsals, shoots, live shows and events when required.

• Capture artist moments, audience reactions, BTS, soundchecks and performances.

• Support pre-event, live-event and post-event social coverage.

• Help prepare shot lists and content requirements.

Digital Marketing Exposure

• Develop an understanding of how social media fits into the larger digital marketing ecosystem.

• Support basic campaign research, audience research and performance tracking

• Learn about paid social, content amplification, influencer marketing and other digital channels.

• Understand how organic content and paid campaigns work together.

Creative Coordination

• Work with designers, editors, videographers and photographers.

• Help prepare briefs and references.

• Follow up on content deliverables and timelines.

• Maintain organised content banks, references and social assets.

Who We're Looking For

• Fresher, student or recent graduate in Marketing, Media, Advertising, Communications or a related field.

• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, music, entertainment and pop culture.

• Good understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

• Comfortable capturing content using a phone.

• Basic knowledge of editing tools such as CapCut, InShot or Premiere Pro is a plus.

• Good communication skills.

• Curious and eager to learn.

• Proactive and willing to take initiative instead of waiting for instructions.

• Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable attending shoots, rehearsals and events when required.
