Top 3 Daily Tasks:
1.Content Creation:
- Develop creative posts, reels, and videos for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Participate in on-camera shoots to represent AjnaLens culture and projects.
- Shoot, plan, and execute ideas that highlight our people, products, and purpose.
2.Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing and scheduling posts across channels.
- Research and apply trending formats to keep content fresh and relatable.
- Engage with followers and help increase reach and engagement.
3.Collaboration & Analytics:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging.
- Track performance insights to optimize future content.
- Suggest creative campaign ideas for employer branding.
Minimum Work Experience Required:
- Freshers, recent graduates, or individuals with up to 68 months of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation.
- Prior exposure to social media content creation, digital marketing, or video editing will be an added advantage.
