Role Overview:
We're hiring a Social Media Executive who thinks beyond aesthetics and vanity metrics. This role is for someone who understands that social media is a growth channel. You'll manage social platforms end to end, create content with intent, and constantly track what's driving reach, engagement, and traffic. You should be comfortable working across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and Reddit, and know how to tweak content based on platform behavior and performance data. Canva skills are expected for quick, clean creatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Own social media execution across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and Reddit
Plan and execute content calendars aligned to growth goals like engagement, reach,
traffic, and leads
Create platform-specific content instead of one-size-fits-all posts
Write sharp, conversion-aware captions that encourage clicks, saves, comments, or replies
Design static posts, carousels, and stories using Canva with speed and consistency
Monitor daily performance and identify what content formats, hooks, and topics are working
Actively engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and conversations to drive visibility and trust
Run small experiments with formats, posting times, hooks, and CTAs to improve performance
Share weekly or monthly insights with clear learnings and next steps
Coordinate with marketing or growth teams to support campaigns, launches, and offers
Required Skills & Experience
13 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts with a
growth mindset
Strong understanding of Instagram and Twitter (X) algorithms and content formats
Working knowledge of Reddit communities and how to participate without sounding
promotional
Ability to read basic analytics and make content decisions based on data
Solid copywriting skills with a focus on clarity and action
Practical experience using Canva for social media creatives
