We're looking for a
hands-on Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage NBK's social media
end-to-end, from content creation and publishing to paid ads execution and CRM tools.
This role is execution-heavy and impact-driven. You'll work closely with the founder and growth team to scale reach, leads, and conversions.
Key responsibilities
1.Social Media Management
- Plan and execute Instagram and LinkedIn content strategy (Reels, Posts, Stories, Carousels)
- Handle day-to-day posting, captions, hashtags, and scheduling
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form reels and stories
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
- Track and improve engagement metrics (reach, saves, shares, profile visits)
2.Content Creation
- Ideate reel hooks, scripts, and content angles aligned with business goals
- Coordinate with the founder for shooting content (direction + planning)
- Basic video editing (reels, subtitles, cuts)
- Create simple creatives for ads and promotions
3.Meta Ads
- Execute and manage Meta ad campaigns (Lead Ads, DM Ads, Retargeting)
- Audience targeting, creative testing, budget optimization
- Monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS and report performance weekly
- Coordinate ad creatives and copy aligned with current offers
4.Go-to-Market Strategy
- Support launch strategies for new programs, offers, or campaigns
- Assist in funnel planning (content → lead → conversion)
- Align content + ads with monthly revenue goals
5.CRM Tools and Lead Flow
- Ensure Instagram leads flow into CRM (Zoho CRM)
- Manual Data Entry of Leads into CRM incase automation doesn't work
- Coordinate or manage basic automation (Meta → CRM → WhatsApp/email)
- Tag leads correctly and ensure lead source tracking
- Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and follow-up outcome
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (Instagram-first brands preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth, content formats, and trends
- Ability to think beyond posting, understands funnels and conversions
- Basic knowledge of CRMs (Zoho CRM preferred) or lead integrations
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and reports
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Self-starter who can manage tasks without constant supervision
