Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, data-drivenSocial Media Marketing Executiveto lead our brand's presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who understands trends, analytics, and content strategy, and can grow engaged online communities that drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

Develop, plan, and execute monthly content calendars for all social platforms.

Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, reels, stories, videos).

Identify trending formats and adapt them creatively for the brand.

Collaborate with design + photography teams to produce high-quality visuals.

Social Media Management

Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement.

Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Growth & Performance

Drive organic growth through trend-led content, community building, and platform expertise.

Use analytics tools to track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth).

Optimize content and strategy based on performance insights.

Run and manage paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the ads team (Meta, etc.).

Brand & Campaign Execution

Support larger marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design) to align social content with business goals.

Collaborate with influencers/creators for partnerships, shoots, and campaigns.

Market & Trend Research

Stay updated with platform changes, new tools, and algorithm shifts.

Monitor competitor activities and industry best practices.

Proactively pitch fresh, innovative ideas.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics tools.

Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite preferred).
