Job Description

As a Social Media Marketing Executive you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business goals across social media platforms creating content, running campaigns (organic & paid), monitoring analytics, managing communities, and collaborating with creative teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and achieve marketing objectives.

Role:

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, including organic and paid tactics, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) across all relevant channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Plan and run specific social media campaigns, promotions and email marketing
  • Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a loyal online community and handle social customer service
  • Track and analyze performance and report on social media metrics to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI
  • Work closely with designers, E-commerce team, videographers, and marketing team to produce high-quality content
  • Collaborate with PR agencies and Influencers
  • Stay updated on new platforms, features, and emerging trends to keep the brand's presence fresh and relevant.

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

A master's degree is a plus

  • 2 3 years of experience in managing social platforms channels B2B and B2C
  • Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms, including digital marketing, social media management, and analytics
  • Experience in leading junior team members and agencies.
