About The Role

The global economy is being transformed around more powerful customer experiences. The companies that win in this new environment are going to be the ones that understand the customer experience the best. In order to tell the customer experience, one must have a deep understanding of the customer journey.

Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Experience, this exciting role encompasses the design and creation of powerful narratives on key sectors targeted toward clients. The position is responsible for developing content for a sector/sectors that will leverage inputs from a global team of Analysts and Consultants across Frost & Sullivan's operations. Content created will then be leveraged for targeted marketing campaigns, social media, and account-based marketing. You will be required to demonstrate strong writing, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

The first resource will focus exclusively on social media growth and content amplification, supporting Frost & Sullivan's transition from regionally fragmented and underperforming functional LinkedIn pages to sector-specific platforms aligned with our Practice Areas.

  • Supporting the proliferation and management of sector-specific LinkedIn pages
  • Curating and distributing thought leadership content from Growth Experts
  • Increasing engagement on the global corporate LinkedIn page
  • Experimenting with new creative formats, including video, audio, carousel posts and other visual summaries of GOA and other content.
  • Expanding Frost & Sullivan's social presence beyond LinkedIn by developing more consistent activity on X (Twitter) and Instagram
  • Supporting real-time content amplification around events, client-commissioned content, media hits, breaking news reactions, corporate updates and other announcements

This role will help increase organic reach, audience engagement, Growth Expert visibility and our firm's competitive differentiators, counting among the core objectives of the evolving global marketing strategy.
