Job Purpose

The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company's social media presence across platforms. The role focuses on content planning, audience engagement, campaign execution, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and effective digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
  • Manage and maintain official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts and reels as per the approved content calendar.
  • Create engaging captions, hashtags, and ensure brand voice consistency.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions; respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain monthly social media calendars aligned with marketing goals.

2. Content Coordination & Creation
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and the graphic design team for creatives.
  • Assist in planning content for product promotions, events, workshops, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure all social media content follows brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Support basic content ideation for reels, stories, and posts based on trends.

3. Paid & Promotional Support
  • Assist in executing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for promotions and events.
  • Monitor basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions.
  • Share insights and improvement suggestions based on campaign performance.

4. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track social media performance using analytics tools and platform insights.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for internal review.
  • Analyze audience behavior and engagement trends to optimize future content.

5. WhatsApp & Email Marketing Support
  • Assist in executing WhatsApp and email campaigns for promotions and retargeting.
  • Support customer segmentation based on behavior and engagement data.

6. Coordination & Execution
  • Assign and follow up on creative tasks with the graphic design team.
  • Ensure creatives are delivered on time, approved, and published as scheduled.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and paid promotions.
  • Strong content sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
  • Awareness of current social media trends and formats (reels, stories, short-form video).
