Role Overview:

We're looking for someone who understands social media beyond just posting. Someone curious, observant, and plugged into culture. You'll work closely with the team to plan, create, and manage content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media content and campaigns
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand voice and trends
• Coordinate with design and strategy teams to get content produced
• Maintain consistency across brand communication
• Monitor competitors and identify trends/opportunities
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Execute campaigns from ideation to publishing

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook
• Good sense of content, trends, and platform behavior
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ownership mindset - you get things done
