• Develop and manage social media marketing strategies, goals, and tactics for clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
• Curate and oversee social media calendars and activities, crafting engaging content ideas, capitalizing on trending topics, and designing impactful posts for execution.
• Integrate social media strategies with other marketing channels for a holistic approach.
• Strategically utilize hashtags to enhance social media traffic and brand visibility, consistently optimizing for audience engagement.
• Execute scheduled posting across all client accounts, collaborating closely with designers and copywriters to deliver compelling creatives.
• Coordinate and implement social media campaigns across various platforms, including awareness, lead generation, and engagement ads, to drive client objectives.
• Monitor and respond to reviews, feedback, and messages in a timely manner, fostering positive interactions and brand reputation.
• Proactively work to expand engagement and follower base for all client accounts, company account, employing data-driven strategies for growth.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly social media reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and insights to track performance and inform future strategies.
• Analyze client requirements for social media marketing, collaborating with the Business Development team to develop tailored proposals and solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on work experience in Social Media Marketing and Meta Ads will be required.
• Extensive knowledge of handing Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn will be required.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
