About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media & Marketing Associate to take our brand's digital presence to the next level. This is a multidisciplinary hands-on role where you'll create, experiment, and engage directly with our audience through the lens of Anthro's brand. You will shape how people discover Anthro and simultaneously build trust in our mission. Are you ready

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, such as posts, stories, reels, articles and graphics
• Manage our content calendar, ensuring consistent and creative posting.
• Engage with our communityreply to DMs/comments, track sentiment, and spark conversations.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Marketing

• Work with the founder & team to turn science into engaging, relatable stories.
• Support marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events.
• Keep a third eye on trends in nutrition, wellness, and consumer brands; adapt them for Anthro.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Who You Are

• Strong interest in social media, content, and digital marketing.
• Ability to write catchy, clear copy (bonus if you're comfortable with visuals/reels).
• Ability to envision creative content and get from ideation to creation
• Creative mindset with an eye for what works online.
• Self-starter: you're proactive, reliable, and ready to experiment.
• 02 years of experience
• Completely fluent in English as a first language

Bonus (not required but nice to have)

• Curiosity about health, fitness, nutrition, or startups.
• Living in Mumbai and able to work in-person few times per week
