Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily operations across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and videos) to showcase the brand.
- Collaborate with designers and photographers to ensure visually appealing aesthetics.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns with basic analytics tracking.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies for better engagement and reach.
- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies in the jewelry industry.
- Support marketing campaigns for new product launches, festive promotions, and influencer collaborations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2 years in social media marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube algorithms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for luxury aesthetics and brand storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of paid social media ads and performance tracking is a plus.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to analyze social media performance and suggest optimizations.
