Job Summary:
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and monitoring social media strategies across all relevant platforms to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth. The role requires creativity, analytical ability, and hands-on experience in content creation and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop platform-wise strategies aligned with brand goals.
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
Conduct competitor and trend analysis.
Content Creation & Management
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
Coordinate with the design & marketing team for visual content.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, design, and messaging.
Write crisp, appealing captions and hashtags.
Platform Handling
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and additional channels as needed.
Schedule and publish posts at optimal engagement times.
Respond to comments, messages, and queries within SLA.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Paid Ads & Campaigns
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Optimize ad performance for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Build and maintain a strong online community.
Manage brand reputation and handle feedback professionally.
Monitor ad budgets and report ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
13 years of experience in social media/digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms.
Good understanding of ad managers (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
Creative thinking, content writing, and visual sense.
Basic knowledge of illustrator /Photoshop is an added advantage.
